I'm going to attempt to add you guys all on the new journal, since I'm actually going to be a good friend and read stuff and comment AND STUFF.

I know changing journals seems like a stupid idea, but this journal is honestly filled with a lot of things I really don't care about anymore, and it's been keeping me from being attached to the LJ community the way that I used to be.

Shit, just look at this account -- I joined almost no comms and haven't posted on my friends' journals in months. Honestly, a part of this was all because this whole stupid journal was created for one purpose that's pretty much irrelevant now.

It's a new year and I've changed so, so much as a person that it is LONG past time for a new journal.

It's been a good run, wish_spirit. It's been a good run.

Hey guys!

So I've been super good about updating my Livejournal lately, except not really. I've actually been pretty busy IRL, and work during the holiday season was hell.

BUT over the Christmas season I managed to get a metaphorical hard on for Final Fantasy XIII. Seriously, I've seen just about every cutscene in the game (as well as tons of gameplay, holy shit I want to play this so bad). The graphics are obscenely pretty, and I'm so, so fond of the story. (Fang/Vanille YYYYYYY) I've been a bit talkative about it on AIM, so I figured I could carry some of my fangirling faggotry over to here.

So as you all know , a few weeks ago I took a trip to see my beloved silvertones and to chill around NYC and unsuccessfully attempt to be AWESOME.

It was an incredibly fun trip, I did a lot of the stuff I wanted to, and I had a blast hanging out with Leora and her friends.

I've been planning and buying tickets and booking hotels for the last few weeks. <3 I'm pretty much going to be hanging out with silvertones the whole time, fagging it up and being geeks IRL.

MY GOALS:
meet cute girls
get drunk (HOTEL PARTIES :D)
go clubbing
go to a couple shows
meet more cute girls
not be an antisocial loser

I'll keep you guys posted, but that's the plans for now. c: Also I am doing this because on November 4th I am FINALLY turning 18! :D IT WILL BE EPIC.

So I've missed you guys! I'm so sorry I still haven't made my glorious return on here. Well. I'm moving to Virginia today, I graduated from High School and I have a new laptop.

I said my goodbyes to my friends and family, who I'll always be grateful for. I also got the chance to spend a last couple of moments in front of my old house. I'll miss California, and I'll miss the life I had when I lived in Palmdale. Those were some of the best years of my life.

My friends were amazingly kind, they made me stuff and sent me off with a lovely farewell party. These people have made my life complete.

Anyways because I have a laptop I will now be on more regularly! Yay! I don't know how much internet I'll have when I move though, so leave me a comment here and I'll give you my cell number. c: I HAVE TEXTING AND EVERYTHING, YEEEAH.

my cat, taipei, has been missing for over a week.


i've had him for 7 years, and he was my best friend.

i left for a week and my mom's boyfriend came over to get the dog, and i think he let the cat out. either way, we were gone for a week and now taipei is missing.


the massive amount of coyotes and other vicious wildlife that lives out here makes me feel hopeless.


what the fuck is wrong with my life.

SO.

I fell 5 credits short of graduating. I know I suck and I'm full of fail and all that, but I did manage to do 20 credits in under a week. I think I set a goddamn record, haha.

I was really upset at first. My mom pretty much completely disowned me (despite the fact that I can get those last 5 credits in under a week. She has the crazies, whatever) and she threw away everything that I own.

Everything.

I have nothing to make jewelry with, no stuffed animals, none of the things I've had since I was a child. Nothing.

I've got a small assortment of clothes and a small package that's important to me, and that's it.

The GOOD NEWS is that my father agreed to take me in. It scares me a lot, because I don't know him or his family that well, but I'm so happy that I get to leave here. He's even willing to let me take my cat, which means a lot to me. He's my best friend. :c

Anyways, I'll be flying out to Virginia on the 8th. Before that I'm shelling out some money to go to Anime Expo as my last hurrah in California. If anybody's going let me know. ♥

As for now, I'm in Palmdale for the next two weeks staying with a family I'm close to. It's pretty nice. It's kind of sad, but I love this place. After I stay here for two weeks I'm going back to Wrightwood/Phelan to finish my credits, then I'm flying out.

With any luck, my life will get better. I have a little faith. c:
